Vehicle incorrectly roadworthied on purchase

I bought a car from WeBuyCars Midstream branch early Feb 2022. The vehicle was registered an A on Dekra roadworthy which implies a squeaky clean report. I drove the car to Cape Town two weeks later and the car had a wobble on it. I took it to tiger wheel and they said this vehicle should not have passed road worthy. The tyres were more than ten years old, one had been driven on the rim before and the treads were all between 1.7mm and 2.4mm. Not only that but the wheel alignment was off. Essentially the vehicle was unsafe and me, as a non car person trusted this Dekra report.

I replaced all tyres and rebalanced the alignment. I reported this to WeBuyCars and Ruan from Midstream was handling the claim. I heard absolutely nothing from the and had to phone four times on different days looking for feedback.

It seems that this is not a priority to WeBuyCars and I would sure not encourage people to buy a car and trust the safety report on it.
