Vehicle Certificate - RC2

We stay in Mahikeng and bought a car in Gauteng on the 28 January 2026 at Webuycars, as my husband was the one chose the car. So the Agent did not provide the RC2 certificate as we wanted to register the vehicle on Mahikeng, so we called him, text him and even wrote a complaint to the client service without any help. We are stuck with the car as we cannot drive anywhere, they refuse to even send it through email or the least through courier. They have provided an online service, but we are unable to access it, it is so frustrating, we dont know what to do anymore as we anticipate to return the vehicle which will be costly on our part. I feel that the Agent is really sabotaging us and for what reasons am not sure.
