Vehicle Breakdown 11 days after taking delivery
Bought a JEEP Wrangler from WBC Dome. The item that was highlighted as a faulty matter when test driving the vehicle came up as an item that left me stranded today at work. Customer care supposed to phone me, 4 hours later - n call and the sales person is not allowed to make a plan.
I was told to get the car towed. It has not even been 2 weeks since I bought it. After R14000 repairs was charged to me, with a new battery etc. Date of purchase 25/08

06 Sept 2022, 08:44The vehicle was collected from my office by my insurance, taken to my home and now awaiting collection by WBC. However, I will now be without a vehicle whilst a repair has to be done that was supposed to be done before delivery. I have been told that WBC does not offer courtesy vehicles - despite the problem being directly linked to a supplier they made use of and paid for a service which was not performed to requirement>
The situation leaves a very sour taste.
