Vehicle advertised not vehicle delivered.

We recently tried purchasing a car through the Richmond branch, the sales person started the transaction, and shortly after stopped taking our calls and stopped replying to our messages. The car was sold a couple of days later to another person. We then managed to purchase a car through the Germiston Branch. The salesman sent the NCO and RLV forms with the incorrect address noted, we asked him to correct it, to which he rep**** "I will look at it". It took us 2 days to get the corrected form out of him, after having to phone head-office, laying a complain and then phoning him relentlessly. He then went radio silent, and confirmed that the car has arrived in George. We asked him more than once who we can speak to, to collect the car. He did not answer. Once we went and got the car, the interior of the car did not look as he noted. We have kept all the videos and photos he sent us of the car, as well as all communication. Nowhere does it state that the driver door is entirely melted away on the inside and that there is a burn mark on the door on the inside. We have contacted the sales-manager but she has not responded and seems to be ignoring us. After laying a complaint, head-office has failed to return our call. We are now ready to take legal action.
