Vechile bought with undisclosed defects from WeBuyCars

I bought a vechile on Saturday 16 June 2018 at the auction. The vechiles were all presented well and upon taking receipt of the vechile found it difficult to select gears. We then drove to the nearest filling (WeBuyCars Midstream to Midstream estate) station as it was empty. Fuel ran out from under the car in streams. I took the vechile back and informed the Sales Manager that the vechile now refused to select reverse and fuel leaking profusely. I was told to leave the car and they will discuss with snr Management on Monday. I couldn’t drive the vechile anyway so left it at the premises. After following up on Monday I was told they will not help me in anyway and the only assistance was to buy back the car at 63% of the price I paid. I bought this car 2 days ago and couldn’t drive the car from the point of sale. I was told that I could have seen these things but yet rules prevent you from test driving any vechile before the auction. To me these were undisclosed defects and no visual inspection could point them out. I am very disappointed as I would have thought any vechile sold as a runner would be at least that...
