Uttter nonsense customer service

I’ve never experienced such utter nonsense customer service at We buy Cars Johannesburg South. I waited since 10h30 till 18h00 to get my car and i had to drive out my car myself out just to get a gatepass the sales person Given Maluleke is the worse sales person i’ve ever met he attends you and another client at a go. I bought my car on auction which i paid R4000 which i was supposed to get a refund of R9 900 today but nothing till this moment. If u ask to speak to the manager the manager is always busy with meetings such utter nonsense customer service.
