Utterly unimpressed
Hi,
Giving them a one rating is being generous. I have never come across this much miscommunication and sloppiness ever!!!
From asking them to source additional parts to the financing. I have bought two vehicles in the past where everything had been seamless from being able to get your own quotes to having additional requests seen to. As well as having the salesman and finance person call and let you know whats happening.
In summary, if you're planning to buy a car from them GOOD LUCK!. I can only hope your experience is not as atrocious as mine.
