Utter Bad Service WBC DOME (GP)

So have been fighting with sales guy at the Dome WBC branch for the past two days, only to hear that my car that I bought will now only be delivered in 10 to 15 days. They are quick to take the cash payment, but slow on delivery. I had to arrange on my own with TAC car carriers for the collection, but still waiting for response from WBC on when the car will be collected, even though TAC have send them the email for the collection.

What a mission is to get these guys to get things going. I have all the emails, WhatsApp messages etc of my correspondence, so planning on taking this further, My cash was good enough to be paid in Immediately, so they have the money, I'm without transport and will probably have to take leave seeing that I cannot travel to work.
