Useless Pathetic Service!

I am currently sitting in the We by Cars Minerton/Montague Gardens , Cape Town Branch, I have purchased a vehicle and all documents were signed and handed to the Sales representative by 8:30am. I was told that it would take 40mins to 2 hours to process and then I returned at 10:30am. I was then informed that Wesbank had not yet processed it. At 11am I then was handed a telephone by the salesman to speak to the Wesbank person who told me that the form had been signed incorrectly and submitted, then this turned out to be nonsense as the form was signed correctly. I was then told by the Salesman that the financé person had not read the document properly. I was then told all was on track and within 2 hours I would be able to leave with the vehicle. At 12:30pm i asked whether it had been done and was told they were still waiting. I then called Wesbank myself to be told that they had not received the documents from WEBUYCARS! I then had to submit the documents myself which I managed to get through to them at 1:05pm . It is now 3:25pm, I am still sitting here in their showroom , I haven't been offered a refreshment and am now being ignored ..... What a pathetic Company, terrible service and an internal accounts person who is clearly unable to do her job. I Called the WEBUYCARS customer service line nearly an hour ago as well and lodged a complaint. I have not been approached pr spoken to by any person in this building for the past 2 hours ... Ive decided to sit this out and try and remain calm.... However once I get my vehicle and leave this god forsaken excuse for a dealership I can then plan my retort and take them to task.... Useless and Pathetic Service.
