Useless car and service

I was sold a defective car by this company. The person who is assisting me Fred Janse van Rensburg has been of no help. He is the contributing factor which led me to wanting to return the car. He does not respond to my emails, I have asked for the ombudsman's number, I have asked for the process to return the car, no response. I asked to be reimbursed funds for being sold a defective car, nothing had been communicated.
