Useless Call center
I was trying to contact this company through their telephone number - after listening to it for ages I got through and the company buys useless telecoms connectivity so I could not hear the operator. These budget digital numbers, or their wifi headphones don't work. I phoned the PE BRANCH because I found one of the PE branches employees wallet on the highway, and the number directs to the national call center. Useless. Will never buy a car through this if they cannot even run a call center.

08 Jul 2025, 21:07Hi - They got hold of me and the line was crystal clear and the lady who contacted me was very helpful, and indicated how they have worked to resolve the problem. They had also made a huge effort to track down their employee, whose wallet my friend Chris Meintjies had found. Ms Manengela from the Pe/Gqeberha branch of WeBuyCars phoned and personally thanked me, and asked to pass on a thank you and gift to Chris for his honesty and it is now all an amazing experience. I was actually really impressed with the response to my angry post above, and I retract all my negative energy. I have learned a lesson, and thank you, WeBuyCars, for teaching me that! You are an amazing team!
