Use of Vehicles when sold and racking up customer fines

I have received a fine for speeding on the 21/08/2022 You were in possession of this said vehicle as of the 16/08/2022 This is now holding up the issuance of my license of my vehicle and the response from your Customer service's is shocking all I am told is we sent it to Admin with no responses of how this will be resolved I have sent to Shane all the paperwork in this regards to webuycars Midstream The person who conducted the deal was a Demetris Georghiades who also does not even answer any call and no one of your personnel can even tell me if he still works for you How do u do business
