Urgent: Lack of Communication and Delay on Vehicle Delivery – Montana Branch

Dear WeBuyCars Team,

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding my vehicle purchase through your Montana branch.

I was provisionally approved for finance on 20 February 2026. On Friday, 27 February 2026 at approximately 14:41, I completed and submitted all the required forms as requested by the WeBuyCars staff. During the application and paperwork stage, communication from your team was quick and efficient.

However, after submitting all the required documentation, communication has significantly declined. I now struggle to get any updates unless I personally reach out multiple times. Even then, it often takes several calls before I am able to speak to someone. I have also been unable to get through to the finance consultant, Anneri, who assisted with my application.

On 5 March 2026 I contacted the Montana branch again requesting an update. The sales consultant assisting me, David, informed me that he "does not know where my car is." This response was very concerning and does not give me confidence that my purchase is being handled professionally.

I was previously advised that the vehicle would be ready and delivered to the Brackenfell branch by 6 March 2026. However, I have now been informed that the vehicle is still at the service department and has not yet gone for roadworthy testing. This suggests that the vehicle will not be ready on the agreed date, and currently no one has been able to provide me with a clear ETA.

Please note that: • All required paperwork has been completed and submitted • Delivery fees have already been paid for the vehicle to be transported to the Brackenfell branch

At this stage, I am requesting urgent clarification on the following:

1. The current status and location of the vehicle 2. Confirmation that the roadworthy inspection has been scheduled 3. A realistic and confirmed delivery date to the Brackenfell branch

I would appreciate a prompt response and improved communication regarding this matter.

Hi

I am extremly disgusted with your service!!!

I paid the R2000 shipping fee and i was promised that my vechile would be shipped to Cape Town in this week . The dekra report only showed that the cars tyres needed to be replaced .

David from Montana let me know that the car's hooter needed to be fixed as it failed roadworthy process .Thereafter he called me so say that the car is leaking oil but when the mechanics check the car was fine .

Today David called again to let me know that the vechile has major issues , ??????

The more i ask them what was wrong he refuses to let me know

I signed the contract and when i called Westbank there was no record of my car Finance

What is happening this is now a *****alent case . The car has a tracker in and when i traced it location it was not standing at the dealership or automotive

I think you guys sold this car and now you are telling me there is major issues

I will take legal action against we buy Cars as this is not fair

This process has been going on for more than 3weeks now

i need an answer????
