Urgent Assistance Required for Car Leak Issue - Reference Number 90614

I am writing to share my disappointing experience with We Buy Cars, Silverlakes, regarding a car I purchased that has developed a significant issue.

The car is leaking during rain from the top windscreen. Following their guidance, I took the vehicle to a registered RMI dealer and obtained a quote for the necessary repairs. I promptly emailed the quote to both Kyle (***) and Poppy (***) but have yet to receive any acknowledgment or feedback on the matter.

I find it incredibly frustrating to not only deal with the leak but also the lack of communication from the company. My reference number for this issue is 90614.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible

Kyle just came back to me now ,

I was not made aware of any leakage on the roof when purchasing the vehicle, and I find it puzzling that this was not noted in your DEKRA inspection report.

Since this issue was not identified during the inspection, I feel it is unfair to hold me accountable for a condition that I had no way of knowing about.

Could you please clarify how I was expected to be aware of this issue?
