Untrue Dekra sticker display

We bought a cars from We buy Cars Brakenfell branch.

we were not informed that the cars had a problems. the car that we bought had a platinum dekra sticker on as it means that the cars has no defects.

On our first service ( 1 month after the purchase) we were informed that both front shocks are faulty and needs to be replaced. ( Ford Claremont)

The car was on the show floor for 30days.

We went back to the branch to get to the bottom of this but we were dismissed and got told " it is what it is"

They are have now put my families life in danger as now i must replace the shocks worth R19 000-00.

if i could give them a -10 star, i will!!!
