Unsatisfied potential customer

We went to go look at a vehicle at the Polokwane branch and informed them that we want the vehicle. The sales by the name of Keagan send through a voice note via whatsapp to confirm that the vehicle has been reserved for us. Upon arriving with all the paperwork they required we were informed that the vehicle has been sold this happened in a time span of less than 24hrs. We will not refer anybody to the Polokwane branch to purchase or view a vehicle as the sales men seems to be ***********. How can you reserve a vehicle for a person and when that person arrives to finalise the paperwork you are told the vehicle has been sold.
