Unsatisfied customer

I've bought a 2012 Volkswagen Polo Gti from we buy cars midstream. The vihicle had major problems that were not mentioned on the dekra report they only mentioned minor issues They only mentioned a cracked right headlight, rear left tail light and tie rod end dust cover. Only to find out that when I was to replace the tie rod end dust cover, all the front suspension parts were worn and it had a oil preasure light displaying on the dash when I told them they said I didn't service the vihicle, while I serviced it the next day after I've bought it. Now they promised me that they'll help me to fix the oil pressure issue. Last week they've sent me a MOA with the vihicle I didn't buy from them I sent them an email to inform them about the wrong MOA I was then told to wait for the rectified MOA even now I'm still waiting when I call in they're giving me empty promises
