Unsatisfied

I went ahead and purchased a Platinum vehicle with a clean Dekra report. Only reason why I was open to purchasing from Webuycars is because of this sticker system they have. I bought the car in JHB and I'm from Durban. Once collection and I drove it home I noticed a fault and took it to a local Nissan dealer and to find this car has been a front end accident. The Dekra was completely false as well as the Platinum sticker on the car. Currently going through a cancellation process with them which seems to be dragging out too. This after I paid R1200 at the Nissan dealer for a full inspection and sent a written report to webuycars. Still waiting to hear exactly what's happening other than my matter has been escalated.
