Unsatisfactory service

I bought a Land Rover Freelander 2 at the we buy cars in Montague gardens on 15 Dec 20 and it broke down on 26 Dec 20. It was towed to a workshop and I only got it back in April 21 with white smoke coming out of the exhaust. The deal was cancelled and they paid the bank but I still paid all the installments the time the car was away and I feel I should get my money back.
