Unsatisfactory Customer Service

We have purchased a Bakkie and Trailer from We Buy cars the dome. Kosi our sales rep and his college Brian had really disappointed us.From the outside they refused to take my brothers License. Gave us a run around and after being harassed for balance payment of approximately R10000 yet they sat with full payment of R900000 of Bakkie and deposit of trailer. We had called the call center, and nobody has gotten back to us either nationally and the Dome branch. We have taken delivery of the vehicle yet papers have not been furnished and they **** about informing us in advance about paper work to follow. We are really disappointed as we are from KZN and accommodation has cost us unnecessary. Kosy had assured us that papers where to be given to us on delivery hense waiting an extra day. All being said we have taken delivery of a vehicle without papers and licensing.
