Unresponsive company makes me mad!

I was looking to trade in my car and buy a new one online through webuycars.co.za. After completing three online forms asking them to contact me regarding a vehicle I’m interested in, no-one came back to me. This morning I was searching for this car again, and to my surprise it seems to be sold!!! The only way to connect to the branch where the car is held is through the online form you have to complete. The telephone number connects you to an answering service that leads back to the website. I am really furious and sad as this was a great buy that I’ve missed because of someone not attending to my emails. So sad!
