Unresolved matter

I am very disappointed with the services I have received from WeBuyCars they sold me a car that is leaking oil and they didn't declare it on the dekra report and oil is coming from the cylinder which means the whole engine needs to be stripped . Did lodge a complain now I am being sent pillar to post the person handling my case when I call her she says she is busy with other clients nothing tangible she is giving me. I paid R50000 but I have no car . I need this matter resolved before the end of business day. I bought a vehicle because I needed it now the vehicle is parked of can't use . If this matter is not resolved by end of business day today I am taking it back tomorrow and I want my money back . How can a big company like this **** me R50000?
