Unresolved License Fine

I am extremely upset, in 2016 We Buy Cars has bought my car from me, in the time the car was in their warehouse the license disc expired. I only found this out in 2022 that they never renewed the license when I got a new car and wanted to put my new car on my name. There was a fine of over R2000 on my name due to they have not renewed the car license. My new car had a 30 days roadworthy certificate which was about to expire so I had no option to not go and pay the fine on my name which We by Cars caused, I if I had not done so I had to do another roadworthy test and payed a further R500. No I have been waiting for them for 2 months to refund my money, I have send numourous emails and called so many times. They just don't get back to me and does not seem to care to resolve my issue. I am very disappointed.
