Unreliable services from webuycars

I've traded in my car to webuycars buying a A rated car with Dekra, 3 days later the car was overheating and took it for service and the were few repairs to be done on the vehicle with less than 20k, but webuycars refused to repair but took back the car 2 weeks ago, and to this day I'm still waiting my refund. Don't trust their word.
