Unreliable Company and Poor Service

My experience with webuycars has been an absolute nightmare. I bought a vehicle from them with a roadworthy voucher and when I took it for roadworthy the vehicle failed the test. It was discovered that the dekra report was false and even the manager admitted that the faults should have been mentioned in the dekra report. However no one at webuycars is willing to take responsibility for the problems on the vehicle. They just don't care. Now I am sitting with an expensive vehicle which I cannot put on my name and webuycars ignore me and my pleads for help.
