Unprofessionalism

Very disappointed in everything about the Jan Smuts buying pod. From the consultant's nonchalant, condescending attitude, to having to make the ****py coffee on offer (Ricoffy and Cremora) ourselves, to ultimately getting a lowball offer (30k difference at another dealer). The staff didn't even give us the privacy to consider or discuss the offer amongst ourselves. Honestly thought Webuycars were better than this and I am astonished at how they operate at the scale that they do with this kind of service.
