Unprofessional Service

I thought that with all the advertising about webuycars that surely they provide professional service but I was wrong. I have been attempting to buy a vehicle from the Durban branch for more than a week. I called the number and were promised that I would be called back soon. I filled in the form on the website and was again promised that I will receive a call. After a week of attempts and promises, I now see that the car I was interested in is now on auction. I feel like I was deliberately ignored so that the vehicle could be put on auction with a chance of reaching a higher price. Im truly dissapointed in the unprofessional service received and would not recommended this company to anyone.
