Unprofessional finance service – WeBuyCars Germiston

I had a very poor experience with WeBuyCars Germiston, specifically in the finance department with a consultant named Hope. I was ready to purchase a vehicle and had my own bank finance approved, but I was pressured to take a motor warranty and told it was compulsory. When I declined, Hope refused to provide the OTP required by my bank to release the funds and instead insisted I first pay R5,000, with no clear explanation. The service was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, which ultimately blocked the sale. Ironically, the same vehicle is still on the floor, meaning WeBuyCars lost a genuine buyer purely due to poor customer service. This branch seriously needs to review how customers are treated in their finance department.
