Unprofessional

I so a car online for we buy cars and I bid on it,then it gave an option to buy now then I press the button to buy it now,then it ask me for the Deposit of R5000 I paid the deposit,then when I arrived at the branch the other lady was test driving the same car that I bid on it and their add says once u bid on the car the system close it means the car is yours. Later when they about to close asked when are they giving an invoice so that I can pay the balance,they told me someone is applying for car finance on the same after i awaited for 4hrs.that was so unprofessional and undermining, disrespect and abused. How do they think the people of SA to trust their system
