Unprofessional conduct and false advertising of webuycars and there staff !

Very disappointed in the conduct of we buy cars the dome sales consultants. was very helpful to sell me a car however the after sale support is non existent. Car came with 4 lock nuts but no key so was not even able to take of the wheel to replace the tires which was also non-existent. The sales consultant Lerato, that sold me the car told me to send him an invoice to get the lock nut key and settle the matter, i did as instructed and was left on read by Lerato. Above that the car was advertised to have come with Apple car play and android auto which it didn't have, i addressed this issue with Lerato and after leaving me on read again for a while he rep**** with "Wassup man, that's a tricky one.." and never got back to me again regarding the subject. We buy car does not give a **** about the customers after they have sold you a car and i would encourage people to stay away or make 1000% sure of what you getting into when buying from this unprofessional business. Will also be reporting Webuycars for false advertising because now i am out of pocket an extra R7500 just to get a feature installed that the car was supposed to come with. Very unhappy with the unprofessional and unhelpful staff at webuycars!
