Unprofessional & Bad service!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pathetic service! Bought a vehicle on Saturday at Brackenfell branch & we are still waiting for feedback regarding documents and receiving vehicle. Keep on receiving phone calls from different sales agents regarding our current car as if they don't communicate with their colleagues nor know how to do their work properly. Tried phoning the manager and he drops call in your ear. UNPROFESSIONAL! Not to mention the buyer agents attitude because he is sick and has to work. If I could give no stars I WOULD!
