Unprofessional, Bad Service.

I don't have words, everyday the same story I should have wait 48 hours for my payment to be processed but still waiting now since Tuesday. Claim was approved on the 15th December and till to day no payment nothing at all just empty promises. No car no money but the vehicle is in their posession. why must I beg and plead for my own money such a bad experience.
