Unprofessional and Poor Customer Service
I have found the Sales Team at the Brackenfell Branch to be unprofessional. They do not revert to one when trying to resolve and issue. This has happened repeatedly with two people for the same issue. In fact, I was called "difficul" by the initial salesperson because I asked for him to follow up to resolve said issue.
