I have since bough my car In November 2022, when I bought it the license disk had expired which was within the 21-grace period, fast forward I had to go collect a permit and i was assured that I will receive communication regarding the new license disc and nothing up to this far. 11 December 2022 I had to go collect another one, with so much time, money and frustration this process has caused me the permit was expiring on the 31st of December 2022. I then called the we buy cars customer care and spoke to a Lady Called Amara i then explained to her everything and she assured me she will help me and give me feedback and s=she never did till I had to call her again and explain to her is it possible that I collect my permit at the Domje branch since it is closer to me and she said yes and i asked her to get me something in writting to avoid frustrations and not getting assistance and she said she will ask her manager till to date I am still waiting for her to get beck to me. its the 3rd month driving a car that has no license registration process complete watsoever, How long am i supposed to keep up with fetching permits that cost me fuel money and time, the travelling distance of 50km in and 50km back for permit collection. I want that license this before the end of this month.
