UNPAID REFUND.

I recently bought a vehicle at we buy cars Brackenfell Branch. I was assisted by Kayan and he was very helpful and friendly. He advised me to pay R5000 to reserve for a vehicle I was interested on which I did. He confirmed that it will be paid back to me whether I decided to buy the car or not. The deal was finalized after that, I requested for my refund and that's where the problem started. I went to the branch to follow up since it was taking to long for them to process it and bare in mind it's month end I have bills to pay. I requested to speak with the FNI SHANELLE DU TO IT AND ASHLEY I was shuttered by their arrogance and lack of empathy. They both told me that I have already signed the OTP and my refund was added on the OTP. No one advised me that it will be added on the OTP, I'm now in the middle of financial crisis because SHANELLE DU TOIT decided to add my money on the OTP without discussing or advising me before I signed the document. Bare in mind this is not what Kayan and myself agreed on. I'm very upset, I wrote a complaint yesterday to the complains department and I still haven't received any feedback. The worse part of all I'm the returning client to this branch and this is the treatment I get.
