Unimpressed

I am not impressed with the service at all. The call centre is amazing, especially when speaking to Mpho and Poppie, but when it comes to the other people, it's not an amazing experience. It's Wednesday today and I've been told since Monday that an invoice will be sent, but everytime I call to find out what's going on, I'm directed to another sales person. Today I've been told twice to "give me five minutes" over the past 4 hours. I don't understand why they buy cars, but it takes so long to sell the cars.
