Unhappy with We buy Cars

On July 13 2019 I app**** for car finance because I wanted to buy a car from We Buy Cars Montague Gardens Cape Town. my finance application was speedily processed and approved . I live in Gauteng and as such the vehicle had to be brought up by truck which cost R5000. I was assured that my vehicle would be delivered within 5-7 days. Today is the 24th of July 2019 and I am told that I will only receive my vehicle on the 26th. The sales assistant Craig has not been very helpful in all of this. I've had to message him for updates . He said that is why he doesn't like doing deals outside of the Western Cape because of all the hassle. I told him I would only be happy to have had business. In the end I have had to resort to asking a friend who works at We Buy Cars to find out what's going on. when all is said and done though Elaine ,who helped me with my application was a gem. She was quick and very effective.
