Unhappy customer

I bought a vehicle on the 8th of February 2025 via auction, I vehicle was in Mbombela branch, I paid for everything including transportation from Mbombela to Silverlakes Pretoria branch. Till this day I haven't received my vehicle and it seems like it hasn't been collected at the Mbombela branch. My sales agent name is Wisani Mashele and I can't get hold of him. Your service and lack of communication is not satisfying, very disappointed in your service
