Unhappy Customer
I have never experienced such poor service as with webuycars. It is as if no one cares about the clients. I bought a vehicle through them which came with roadworthy only to find that the vehicle had major issues which can be dangerous to drive. I went to them numerous times, sent emails etc. but they just don't get back to you. Dirk and Faan Van Der Walt, Is this the type of company you own where the customer means absolutely nothing? I want to take this matter to our local news paper and see what they have to say.

15 Nov 2022, 10:23You and others before you have been telling me now for weeks that you are investigating, but you don't even have the decency to come back to me. The only time I here from you is when I review you on hellopeter. What type of business are you running? I paid a huge some of money for the vehicle and now I am struggling with you to deal with problems which was never mentioned on the dekra report. Even the webuycars manager admitted that he does not know why they never indicated it on the report. To make false declarations is a crime.

15 Nov 2022, 12:12This is the best yet. I was just informed by webuycars that they will not be fixing the faults on the vehicle. All customers / consumers be warned. I am trying to save you from becoming a victim like me. Rather go to a respected dealer and pay a little extra on a vehicle. You will then know that when the pawpaw hits the fan you will be helped.
