Unhappy customer

Hi I bought a vw 2003 jetta 4 2.0 automatic highline on auction and on advertising the car had a radio but when I bought the car I was told that the radio was ******. I then asked how will they help me out the sales man by the name Farhaan said there is nothing he can do and he referred me to his manager who also advised that there is nothing he can do to help me I then asked if maybe can't they cut down the price so I can get myself a radio and he said no... They then said that I should come get it on Monday they will buy one and I asked that should I drive 89km to come get the radio he said it's up to me. On Monday I called Farhaan who said he was not at work I should call him on Tuesday. I called him on Tuesday and he said that he was with a customer I should wait. Till today I am still not happy with the service I got from webuycars silver lake from Farhaan and his manager as I was so disappointed and inconvenienced.
