Unhappy Customer

Good day , I am unhappy with the service that I am currently getting from we buy cars. I collected the vehicle on the 26th July and didn't use it on a daily basis. As I use my old car to work n back. On the day (3rd Aug) I decided to take it for a long drive, I got stuck in the middle of nowhere. Waited for hours for the car to be collected. The vehicle is currently sitting at their warehouse in Midstream. I just received a phone call from the manager, telling me how the car was fine when I collected it. I am not sure what is he implying, it hasn't been even 10 days since I purchased the car. I have lost trust in that vehicle, and the mechanical warranty is already used on the 1st few day. What's going to happen few months down the line? I really need a solution that will be reasonable, because judging from the conversation that I had with these person it seems as if we buy cars are only interested in sales. Nothing else, to hell with quality.
