Unhappy cudtomer

I bought a car in January 2025, started experiencing problems where the car would switch off while driving then have to wait for some few minutes to restart then I smell something burning and the car stopped after work, had to call a friend to Tow me back home, I called We buy cars to complain I was told I have to find my own Tow company take the car to Mechanic since I bought it for cash, then I was asked to send Miliage and quotation once all is done then my claim is declined, I called them everyday for way forward since I told them I'm no longer interested in that car, now nobody wants to talk to me the car is sitting with the Mechanic and it's occurring costs for storage, I have been taken for a ride and my consumer rights are violeted.
