Unhappy client

This company was given money by Netstar to refund me after I had upgraded my tracker, which initially had been paid 3 year in advance when I bought a car with them. Since then they just kept my refund and never called and now I owe Nestart the premuims for almost a year which finds are in position of we buy cars
