Unhappy client

Dear Provider,I recently purchased a car from your dealership and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, Wesley provided excellent service and made the buying process smooth and easy.However, I was disappointed and concerned with Chelsea's actions. She installed a Netstar tracker in my car without my authorization, which I only discovered later. Furthermore, the lady from Outsurance referred by Chelsea was pushy and tried to coerce me into taking insurance, claiming they had an exclusive contract with We Buy Cars. This was not only frustrating but also felt like a violation of my privacy and autonomy.I request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. I appreciate Wesley's good service and talking me through to accept the tracker, but Chelsea's actions have left a sour taste.Thanks Chatity
