Unfortunately not to be trusted

I bought a bike from silver lakes, I was told the bike started without assistance and it just struggled to start because of the "high compression". They helped me load my bike and, in the process, broke the key off in the ignition. took it back with me to Nelspruit, handed it to a mechanic to check out the bike, I was told the Kickstarter was broken and I can't start the bike until the starter switch is fixed, total cost in now at R6500, and we buy cars say that's the way I bought it. We contacted buy cars silver lakes and was told that top management said that's the way I bought the bike. Contacted crm, had a ref, I followed up but was told the guy that's supposed to be helping me currently off. bottom line i was **** to about the bike condition, when it needed to be fixed now we buy cars are not giving me feedback, top management (silver lakes) refuses to cover the cost of repair to get bike to start. 100% would not recommend getting anything from these guys that doesn't have a platinum dekra report or A rating
