Unforseen Problem dealt with swiftly and friendly

I just wanted to commend Mark Bosch, Tasso, Marianca and Glenda on the great service they have given us, when we where faced with an unforseen issue we had on a vehicle we purchased in March of 2017. When I notified them about the problem, Mark and Tasso was more than willing to have it looked at and sorted out. Unfortunately the problem was bigger than we thought when the issue rised again 2 months down the line, but again, Mark and Tasso assisted with the process, and finally offered to rather exchange our car for a new one instead of going ahead with repairs. The issue was affecting them as well as I mentioned it was all unforseen issues no one could pick up on in the stages when they had the vehicle and sold it to us. I appreciate the level of service and the manner they dealt with the entire process of having to take back and re- do an entirely new deal on a different vehicle of our choosing. From management( Mark in Pretoria), Tasso in Cape Town)to the credit and financing department (Glenda in Cape Town) through to the sales consultant(Marianca in Cape Town), they assisted us every step of the way trying to make it as convenient as possible through an already tricky situation. Having an unforseen issue on a purchased vehicle is a scary scenario due to the stigma and stories you tend to hear about people having to struggle with bad after sales service, the onbudsman process etc, etc, but in our case they were trustworthy, full of intergrity and took full accountability for the problem.
