Unfairly treated & request my money back

I was unfairly treated so i would like to be refunded my holding deposit (R5000) as the whole team failed to assist me in any way. I saw a Trailored Kaluchi & interested in buying it i deposited R5000 to reserve it & was told a consultant will call to take me through but noo one called me even today. The trabsaction took place on the 8th July 2025. When i call they told me the Kaluchi is being unreserved under my account /name as there is someone who is buying it for cash.. So i asked out of hurt as to how can get the refund the guy told me to call Tebogo she wil help me which i never got help until i sent emails to request a refund.. I want my money back
