Unfair treatment on a car sale, in Silver lakes branch

I brought a 2011 sedan chev at the Silver Lakes branch last month, and guess what the vehicle is still parked, and I cannot drive it. First the team there did not test drive the car with me, I was rushed to complete the documents and my card swiped, only to find 2 days after I brought the car- I am told by the fuel attendant that the car has mixed oil and water. Please note, that information wasn't disclosed to me, so I confidently call the salesperson for assistance, he doesn't help, referred me to his manager, the rudest man I have ever dealt with., told me straight out- "I don't care what you do with the car, go and complain" I proceeded to email customer services for assistance. I have been following up till date. NO courtesy for them to even respond to my email and let me know how the matter will be resolved. I am VERY disappointed, but mostly saddened by people who fail to respect customers and do their jobs, walking around and ruining someone's VISION who started this company, and still get paid! TO YOU walking like you own we buy cars! Go establish your own and ruin it, not someone else's hard work- I need this resolved, and if there is any person who values me as a customer at WE BUY CARS, I shall await the call or mail.
