unfair treatment

I am so disappointed in how webuycars handled my case, after I bought a Range Rover SVR I never had peace with this car. This company is ******. The roof is leaking they telling me I need to fix it. I bought the car on finance during winter and there was no rain. The sales person Frederick from webuycars Johannesburg south branch is useless he doesn't even call me or do a follow up for me because I am black. Everytime I have to drive to the branch to get help. This white ******s at webuycars makes lots of money with us people but they treat us like ****. All I want them to do is to give me another car that's all. Because I am a black national, I dont get the assistance I require. If I was white irrespestive of my nationality i would have been assisted immediatly with not issues. I have seen how black consumers get given a different treatment compared to your white consumer. because of the colour of my skin do I not have the same rights? Anyone with information on how I can deal with this company called webuycars please help me with information. I need another car
