Unfair sale practices

On the 18 september 2023 I bought Ford ranger wildtrack luckily on Finance by MFC finance. The car had Gold sticker which means everything on the car is perfect. I was told they will need to take the car for a service before i can fetch it.little did i know i was putting myself for a long battle by buying this car. On the day to fetch the car ....hooter or bell was not working but because their sales man wanted the car gone i was told i must bring it tomorrow at the workshop it will be fixed is just a mistake n misunderstanding. The second day after fetching the car i found out that the car battery is ****ed up. I called the salesman i was told to bring the car to the workshop they will charge the battery. I further started noticing that the car have noise in front where there is computer box i called to ask i was told i must not worry the noise will stop.fast forward....took the car to them they claim to change the battery and gave me knew one but the situation perpetuated. I called them i was told to take off the battery able at night so that is does not flatten my battery so this was my daily living and it was disturbing my tracker. Furthermore i was told that when i get time i must bring it to the workshop they will check it. After a month the car started to give me problems with gears and i took it lightly thinking maybe is gear oil. After a week certain gears stopped working....i was very angry because all this problems were not fixed but the car was now developing mechanical and electrical problems. I decided to take the car to Ford for diagnoses and mechanical problems.. The mechanics there told me that they sold me a car with a warning clutch and the gearbox is ****ed up.turbo have defects, battery is dead need new battery mind you the battery was change on the 18/08/2023 month a couple days just imagine. Total cost for them to fix was 89000. I decline ....they advise me to return the car because this car is going to give me serious problems as there many electronics in the car that need to be replaced ...i return the car to them first date of October with reference 47818 to cancel the deal...they never responded to me till today. All their service is messed up. To all people who will be buying a car please do not try to buy a car at we buy car just imagine 330k gone Just like that. I will be walking this festive season while they proceed ****ming people with dead cars. As we speak i try all forms of complain from MFC to car ombusman. They only responded to ombusman on the last day of the deadline lying that they are fixing gearbox like i only complain only on gearbox issue. I am very disappointed . waring to all do not buy car this december at we buy cars. I am trying to get a slot on TV to expose them..i will go as far to moja love zokthola to expose them.i will use any media platform to get justice. Cannot buy a car with 330k for 2 month. I want them to cancel the deal for their dishonesty.
